Can Spironol cause itching in intimate areas?

Can there be itching of intimate areas after spironol? It seems to me that the time since I started taking this medicine coincides with the time of onset of symptoms.

Nevertheless, the drug affects the work of the urinary system, may increase the risk of, for example, urinary tract infections, and this disease may manifest itself, m.in, as itching.
