There are certain interactions between the medicinal substances contained in the medicinal products mentioned in the question. The combined use of drugs containing Ibuprofen (here: Infex Sinus) and Citaloram (here: Citabax) increases the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. This can be particularly dangerous if the patient has a known peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, or other inflammatory bowel diseases. If you experience nausea, feelings of weight, epigastric discomfort, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, blood in the stool, tarry stools, or other disturbing symptoms - please immediately contact your doctor, who will adjust the treatment according to your current clinical condition. If this is not necessary and this is not the doctor's recommendation, it is better to abandon the use of Sinus Infex. If you believe that the use of a particular medicine is necessary for you, a consultation is advisable to determine whether these drugs can be used simultaneously and whether it is not necessary to change the dosage recommendations.
