If I fainted and vomited after Prefaxin and I'm sleepy, should I go to the SOR?

Good morning, after taking the first tablet of Prefaxine - after about two hours - I fainted and vomited. Besides, I'm just dumbfounded, sleepy. There are no other symptoms. Should I be anxious and report to sor or will it pass?

These symptoms do not threaten life and health, therefore, in my opinion, there is no need to go to the SOR. Please observe your body. If the side effects worsen, then you should consult your doctor. You may need to reduce the dose of the drug.
