How to switch from Triquilar tablets to Regulon?

I'm going to change the triquilar birth control pills to regulon. The gynecologist said that I should choose a triquilar and on the first day of bleeding start taking regulon. In the leaflet of the drug it is written to change the tablets do not take a break only after the last tablet to start taking new tablets. So how do I safely switch to other pills?

Perhaps your gynecologist had in mind to start the regulon pack on the first day for withdrawal bleeding - that is, on the first day of a 7-day break in the use of Triquilar tablets - this is correct. To maintain protection, you can take your first Regulon tablet immediately after your last Triquilar tablet - that is, skip the 7-day bleeding break or after a 7-day break in Triquilar - when you would normally start a new pack of Triquilar. In both cases, contraceptive protection will be provided and there is no need for an additional form of protection in the form of a condom.
