Take the medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. It is not recommended to modify the method of using the preparation on your own, without consulting a specialist. Why do you want to take the drug 2x a day instead of 1x a day in a higher dose? If you think that a single dose of 32mg is too large - please first tell your doctor about your concerns.
