If I have a low pulse, can I reduce my dose of Propranolol?

Hi I take propranolol hepatitis 3 times one tablet for two months and today when I measured the pulse I have 55, 58, 59 if I can reduce the dose at noon to half a tablet.

Since Propranolol is a prescription-only medicine, your doctor should decide on the change. The presented pulse values may indicate that you are taking too high doses of the drug and in fact, it would be worth changing the dosage method.
