The above-mentioned drugs are not recommended to be used together. Concomitant use of zolpidem (Nasen) with antipsychotics (Ketrel), hypnotics, anxiolytics and/or sedatives, antidepressants, narcotic analgesics, antiepileptics, anesthetics and antihistamines with sedative effects may enhance the inhibitory effect on the CNS. Drowsiness and psychomotor disorders may increase the next day, including impaired driving ability. It is also forbidden to use alcohol, because it intensifies the hypnotic effect of Zolpidem (Nasen) and increases the risk of paradoxical reactions. The drug Ketrel belongs to the group of antipsychotic preparations. Due to the effect of quetiapine (Ketrel) on the CNS, caution should be exercised when used concomitantly with other CNS agents, including Nasen, and with alcohol. It is also not recommended to consume grapefruit juice during treatment with quetiapine (Ketrel).
