Can something happen after giving Biosolvon to a 12- and 5-year-old?

Biosolvon is a preparation containing bromxine, it is a substance with expectorant effect, liquefying residual secretions. Bromhexine can be used in children from 2 years of age, e.g. in Phlegamine Junior. The recommended dose for a 5-year-old is 4mg 2x a day, and for a 12-year-old 4mg 3x a day. Like all medicines, Biosolvon has side effects that may or may not occur. If the drug was taken in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and in the appropriate doses, nothing should happen except for possible side effects, which, as I mentioned, do not have to occur.
