Is it possible to change Pramolan to Trittico CR and how to do it?

Can I change Pramolan to Trittico CR? I suffer from an eating disorder for which I take Seronil (60mg). Recently, I have developed anxiety states for which I took Pramolan (50mg), but the psychiatrist recommends that I change it to Trittico CR (1/2 tablet). Should you reduce the dose of Pramolan to 1/2 tablet for a few days, take a day off and "enter" Pramolan, or does the interval between medications have to be longer?

If your doctor has advised you to change Pramolan to Trittico CR, you can gradually discontinue Pramolan - using, as you suggested, half the dose of the drug for several days. No break is necessary - after the end of the treatment with Pramolan, you can immediately start taking Trittico CR. When combining Trittico and Seronil, the dosage method should be strictly observed. Inappropriate combination of these drugs increases the risk of developing symptoms such as cardiac arrhythmia. Symptoms of serotonin syndrome may also occur.
