Is it possible to use Andepin with Seronil at the same time?

Good morning. The doctor prescribed Andepin and before that the daughter took Seronil. ( He has a lot of it). Is he to take Andepin and Seronil together or in his place? I did not ask the doctor and now I do not have such a possibility quickly. P.S. I read on the net that in total it is very similar drugs and it comes out to me that instead of because A is stronger than S.

Andepin and Seronil are drugs that have the same active substance - fluoxetine. Did the doctor prescribe a different dose of the drug? Was the doctor informed in advance that her daughter was taking Seronil? When Andepin is administered together with Seronil, a duplicate dose of fluoxetine is administered, this is rather not recommended, unless otherwise recommended by the specialist. Lack of knowledge about the dosage of preparations poses a threat to the patient's health. Please contact your doctor as soon as possible to clarify the dosage of both preparations. At this point, we can only suspect what the specialist meant, without consulting the prescribing doctor we are not able to determine the correct use of the drugs.
