According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, the use of Endovelle is not indicated in women who have thromboembolism or are predisposed to it. This is due to the fact that Endovelle can provoke the occurrence of blood clots, and this condition can be dangerous to the health and life of the patient. Therefore, it would be recommended to go to the gynecologist to consider further therapy with hormonal contraceptive preparations.
