For my part, I suggest not to give the drug on an empty stomach, because in some people it may cause nausea, so giving the drug with food or after finishing a meal is more advisable. In addition, I pay attention to the correct dosage of the drug, i.e. every 12 hours one tablet and not shortening the treatment prescribed by the doctor even despite the earlier resolution of symptoms. During antibiotic treatment and for two weeks after it, I suggest giving a probiotic that will protect the child from possible diarrhea associated with the use of Ospamox. I pay attention to keep a minimum of 2 hours break between the antibiotic and the probiotic, but it does not matter whether you give the probiotic before or after the antibiotic.
