To @Ano:

Senaxa PR contains melatonin. There are no contraindications to combining it with Ketrel, as long as your doctor has decided that it is justified.

Both 1, 3 and 5mg can be used - the dose will not affect the effectiveness of Ketrel.

Yes, you can. Just make sure that you do not swallow medicines at the same time, but keep at least 30 minutes between them.
