When should I apply Gynazol if I am currently using Nystatin vaginally and Fluconazole orally?

Hello. I was confirmed to have Candida albicans. The gynecologist prescribed the following drugs: -nystatin - 1x1 day (10 tabl.) - fluconazole polfarmex 1x1 week (14 tabl) - gynazol cream - 1 apli. The question is when should I apply the cream? How do I finish the nystatin pack? Halfway through the treatment?

Unless your doctor has recommended otherwise, you can apply Gynazol immediately the next day after the end of the vaginal Nystatin treatment. It should be borne in mind that after application, Gynazol is released for 6 days. The drug has a local effect (in the vagina), does not show clinically significant interactions with other drugs, but may damage latex or gum (condoms, vaginal discs). More information about the drug can be found here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/34074/gynazol-krem/apteki I also attach a link to a helpful entry: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/infekcje-intymne-jak-sobie-poradzic
