The feeling of weakening the effect of Silcontrol or the disappearance of its action requires consultation with a urologist, collecting a thorough anamnesis and conducting diagnostic tests, e.g. laboratory tests (hormone levels, sugar, cholesterol), dopplersonography of the member (circulation in the member), ultrasound, etc. Please do not take so many tablets. Erectile dysfunction medications such as Silcontrol should be taken on an ad hoc basis. Initially, they may be effective, but since their action is short-lived, it does not eliminate the cause of the disorder. Erectile dysfunction is often a harbinger symptom of various diseases (e.g. ischemic heart, hypertensive, diabetes, depression). It is not surprising, therefore, that at the beginning of use the drug worked well, but the disease developing in secret reduces its effectiveness. In this case, I encourage you to consult a doctor who will recommend the appropriate therapeutic treatment for you. I enclose a description of the preparation that you are taking: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/96124/silcontrol-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/241843
