It will be better to "skip" the uncertain dose of the drug and continue taking the usual dose at the next scheduled date. Do not take a double dose to make up for any missed dose. I enclose the leaflet: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/84573/xarelto-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka
