There are some interactions between the medicinal substances contained in the medicinal products mentioned in the question: The concomitant use of mianserin (here: Lerivone) and benzodiazepines (here: Lorafen) may lead to the summation of the depressive effects of these drugs on the central nervous system (e.g. sedation). When using tramadol (here: Doreta) and benzoazepines (here: Lorafen), depressive effects on the central nervous system and respiratory function may add up. There is a risk of depression of the respiratory center and the occurrence of coma. When using a combination of these drugs, especially in the elderly, caution is advised. Patients should be monitored for worsening of the sedative effect.
