Return to therapy after a month is possible. Nevertheless, in order to reduce the risk of side effects, it is worth implementing therapy gradually - starting from lower doses of pregabalin, up to the target one, e.g. such as the previous 150 mg 2x1. Since Pregabalin is a prescription drug, the final decision to resume therapy should be made by your doctor. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I attach a link to the leaflet of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/89283/pregabalin-sandoz-kapsulki/ulotka/228844
