How long can DIH MAX Comfort be used?

How long can DIH MAX COMFORT (Diosminum) be used? I use one tablet (1000mg) every day, currently my third month. Mainly due to pains and cramps in the legs. Can the use of diosminum for a long time have any side effects? On the Internet, I read that it is a relatively safe drug and can be used without fear for a long time, but I prefer to make sure.

The drug can be used for a long time - it is safe. You can take it without fear throughout the period of symptoms, the severity of which may yet come. Cramps, pains and swelling of the legs appear more often in the warmer months of the year.
