If I take zevesin 10mg tablets permanently and my doctor has prescribed me the antibiotic dalcacin 300mg, can zevesin tablets have less effect than always?

No, both Zevesin and Dalacin tablets will work properly. According to current medical literature, there should be no clinically significant interactions affecting the effectiveness of these drugs.
