If these are not frequent situations and are not accompanied by abdominal pain - there is no reason to worry. If the situation repeats more often, e.g. 2-3 times a week or is accompanied by abdominal pain and diarrhea, then it may be necessary to change the milk to other hypoallergenic (after consulting a pediatrician).
