Is it possible to take Paracetamol, Ibuprofen and Nimesil before the procedure of removing eights?

The daily doses of drugs prescribed by the doctor were not exceeded. The maximum daily dose for an adult is 1200 mg for ibuprofen and 4 g for paracetamol. The recommended daily dose of Nimesil is 100 mg twice daily. Nimesil contains nimesulide as the active substance. Nimesulide and ibuprofen belong to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) - their mechanism of action is similar and should not be used simultaneously. In addition, paracetamol also has an analgesic effect. The doctor ordered a one-time intake of such a number of analgesic preparations - please follow his recommendations.
