Can I take Lorafen instead of Ketrel once?

I take 2 tablets of ketrel 25mg in the evening for sleep, can I take 1 lorafen 1mg the next day before bedtime and the next day return to ketrel again?

A possible change in the preparations used (even a one-off one) should be consulted in advance with the attending physician. Incorrect and improper use of preparations increases the risk of adverse drug reactions, and can also cause the failure of the prescribed pharmacotherapy.
