Does Sertranorm cause weight gain?

Does sertranorm cause weight gain? I know it can increase appetite, but is it controllable? Has anyone managed to lose weight on this drug, or maintain their weight?

During treatment with Sertranorm, statistically, 1 in 10 patients may experience weight gain and 1 in 100 may experience weight loss. These are side effects - they may or may not occur in a certain group of patients.
