Why did TSH increase after switching from Euthyrox to Tirisint Sol?
Hi I took eutyrox in different doses for 16 years now there was 100 from April 5,800 ft3 2.20 ft4 1.60 the doctor changed me to Tirosint sol 100 result after less than 3 months of taking 30,300😳ft3 reduced to 1.86 ft4 1.10 which may be wrong with tsh so jumped

Unfortunately, the next visit I have only 05.07 :( Nothing before the doctor, if you take once a week or two double dose or something will change the results? Is it about improvement?

Since both drugs have a different form and different compositions of excipients, I can act differently on the body. The fact that 100 μg of Euthyrox lowered TSH does not mean that after taking 100 μg of Tirosint Sol, the body will react the same. In your case, it can be seen that the drug did not work the same and did not normalize TSH, which caused its rapid increase. You will need to consult your doctor to get the right dose of Tirosint Sol. In the case of levothyroxine, the active substances have a great influence on the effectiveness of therapy.
