For @Guska821: Do not modify the treatment on your own. It may be necessary to return to the tablets, so consulting a doctor seems necessary. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use teleadvice with an endocrinologist here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
Unfortunately, the next visit I have only 05.07 :( Nothing before the doctor, if you take once a week or two double dose or something will change the results? Is it about improvement?

Since both drugs have a different form and different compositions of excipients, I can act differently on the body. The fact that 100 μg of Euthyrox lowered TSH does not mean that after taking 100 μg of Tirosint Sol, the body will react the same. In your case, it can be seen that the drug did not work the same and did not normalize TSH, which caused its rapid increase. You will need to consult your doctor to get the right dose of Tirosint Sol. In the case of levothyroxine, the active substances have a great influence on the effectiveness of therapy. This was observed, for example, when changing the composition of active substances in Euthyrox, which we wrote about, for example, here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/9486/euthyrox-czy-euthyrox-ma-w-skladzie-laktoze Therefore, bearing in mind the above, the more we can expect that changing the tablets to liquid in a dose of 1: 1 may not bring the expected effects of treatment.
