Is it possible to switch from Nebilet to Concor overnight?

I've been taking 5 mg of Nebilit for a week now. I still have morning sickness, stinging in my heart, slight dizziness. Can I try to go back to 5 mg of Concor overnight, which did not give me any side effects? I have hypertension of 145/95.

You can switch from Nebilet to Concor overnight, but there may be side effects such as palpitations in the chest, drowsiness or dizziness, which should disappear after a few days of therapy. However, if Ms. Concor has previously tolerated well, the risk that the side effects described above will occur is low.
