If I took Escapelle after 32 hours, is there a risk of pregnancy?

I have a question I took Ceroxim and I take microgynon contraception after the last antibiotic 3 hours after wxieciu I used an escapelle tablet because I had a dangerous intercourse tablet I took 32 hours after intercourse is there a risk of pregnancy?

Escapelle tablet can be taken up to 72 hours after intercourse during which there was a risk of fertilization. Within this time frame, the drug has the property of blocking or delaying possible ovulation. The preparation is effective in these actions, although the effectiveness is not 100%.
