Acidolac Caps contains a strain of Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis BIFOLAC 12, which has proven effectiveness in relieving symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome. Of course, its effectiveness may vary individually in each patient and its specific symptoms, however, it is one of the probiotic preparations that is worth trying.
