Low blood pressure values in this case are associated with the use of Trazodone. It intensifies the hypotensive effect of Amlopin and Bosocard, which increases the risk of orthostatic pressure drops. The patient should be closely monitored for blood pressure during the combination.
I regularly take medication for overpressure Bisocard 2.5 mg in the morning and evening amlopin 5mg. Can the combination of these drugs with Mozarin (morning) and Trazodone for the night result in low pressure values of about 100/65?

Yes, Mozarin can lower blood pressure. Among the side effects of the drug included by the manufacturer in the Summary of Product Characteristics there is orthostatic insufficiency. This means that you may feel dizzy, "scotoma" in front of your eyes when getting up too quickly from a lying or sitting position. I encourage you to regularly measure your blood pressure and note them down. In case of prolonged symptoms of excessive drop in blood pressure, I recommend consulting a doctor.
