According to available sources, there may be some interactions between Proursan and Ulcamed. The active substance in Proursan, ursodeoxycholic acid, may be bound by the aluminium compounds contained in Ulcamed, as a result of which none of the medicinal products will function properly. To prevent the occurrence of interactions, you should take the preparations at least 2 hours apart from each other. In addition, Ulcamed can interact with food, so within half an hour before and after using the drug, you should not take dairy products, fruit juices and fruits. More information on the use of medicines can be read in the leaflets, which I put below: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/64894/proursan-kapsulki/ulotka/214936 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/90711/ulcamed-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/216625
