Is bleeding 4 days after the end of taking Duphaston menstruation?

Hi the doctor prescribed me duphaston to induce menstruation I took 2 times a day for 10 days on the 4th day after the last tablet there were slight bleeding and quite severe abdominal pain (as during the period), Can it be a period or is it because of these pills? I ask because between 2-5 cycles of my muscle I have to do tests and I do not know what to do in such a situation.

If within 2 days the bleeding has increased in abundance, then it can be assumed that this is menstruation and perform tests.
