The son is on the antibiotic Amotaks due to laryngitis. Smallpox has occurred, can I use PoxClin foam and lime?

Hello, until tomorrow the son of 4 years is on the antibiotic amotaxis, due to laryngitis. Yesterday I noticed his ankle, today he is all showered. We don't have a doctor's appointment until tomorrow afternoon, and there is smallpox in our son's kindergarten. My question is whether with this antibiotic, which should take tomorrow, I can smear it with poxciln and give lime. That's all I have at home, can I take something counterpruritic, and if so, what about the temporary until tomorrow?

You can apply an external preparation to the pustules, which has an antipruritic and soothing Effect on PoxClin. Lime does not have an antipruritic effect, so in my opinion there is no need to use it. If you are administering antipyretics for laryngitis, please dispense with ibuprofen medicines (e.g. Nurofen, Ibum, Ibufen) in favour of a suspension/drop with paracetamol. Ibuprofen aggravates the course of the disease. I attach examples of antipyretic preparations with paracetamol: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/59550/paracetamol-hasco-zawiesina/apteki#internetowe https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/59171/panadol-dla-dzieci-zawiesina/apteki#internetowe https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/60061/pedicetamol-plyn/apteki#internetowe I attach content that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-na-ospe-wietrzna-i-polpasiec
