If I'm no longer breastfeeding, should I take breaks between cerazette packs?

I take Cerazette tablets, but I no longer breastfeed. Should I take a break every 28 days in taking them or should I take them all the time as I did during lactation?

Cerazette tablets should be taken daily without breaks between blister packs, even if you are no longer breastfeeding. These are one-component pills and you should not use intervals between packages, because then they will not work as a contraceptive and will not protect against pregnancy. The fact that there is no more lactation does not change the way Cerazettes protect against pregnancy, so they should be used as before. If you have finished breastfeeding your baby, it is worth consulting a gynecologist - perhaps he will decide that it is worth changing the preparation to another - for example, two-component.
