To @Zośka: The manufacturer did not foresee such a situation (no studies were conducted in this direction), so we are not able to clearly determine whether the drug will work properly.
Only that I do not even half polkne. And what happens after chewing the tablet?

To make it easier to swallow a tablet of Paroxinor, the tablet can be divided in half. It should not be chewed or chewed. I attach a link to our short video where we suggest how to deal with swallowing large tablets:
