Hello, I finish taking the first pack of vines contraceptive pills. Today I took the first placebo pill. In addition to tablets, I use condoms with my partner during intercourse. Does bleeding have to occur while taking placebo pills? What are the chances of getting pregnant in my situation? I will add that I always take tablets in the evening, it happened to me 3 times to take a tablet with a delay of up to a maximum of 3 hours.

During the 4 days during which the patient takes green placebo tablets (placebo days), bleeding (so-called withdrawal bleeding) should begin. It usually starts on day 2 or 3 after taking the last yellow tablet of Vines, which contains the active substances. Exceptionally, withdrawal bleeding may not occur. If the tablets were taken correctly and systematically, the risk of pregnancy is small. If you also use a condom, the probability of getting pregnant is negligible.
