Is it safe to combine Alventa, Dulsevia and Propranolol?

Witam.biore the drug Alventa in a dose of 187.5mg, the doctor wanting to slowly discontinue the drug Alventa recommended its use in a dose of 150mg and the drug Dulsevia 30 mg. Do these drugs not interfere with each other? I will add that so far I take the drug propranolol 2 times 10 mg and from what I found it Dulsevia and propranolol certainly enters into reactions. Please explain whether the combination is safe, I'm afraid and the doctor I will have contact only 23.06.Z thanks in advance for your help.

If your doctor has recommended that You use Alventa and Dulsevia at the same time "on the tab", then I can be used, but it is important that you follow the dosage regimen. If you observe any symptoms indicating the occurrence of serotonin syndrome (you will find an explanation and symptoms in this thread: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/79441/sertralina-czy-mozna-laczyc-setaloft-z-doreta), you should immediately contact your doctor. In turn, Dulsevia may increase the concentration of Propranolol in the blood and thus intensify its effect. Therefore, the dose may need to be adjusted. If you experience side effects, contact your doctor. Below are some resources that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba
