A single passing of loose, liquid stool has no effect on the effectiveness of birth control pills - even if it occurs immediately after taking the pill.

How much time has passed since the standard time of taking pills? Do you mean by diarrhea a one-time or several times passing loose stool?
I will add that it is the end of the 3rd week, and I got diarrhea right away
