Can Polpril cause dehydration?
Can polpril dehydrate the body? After a month of use, there was increased thirst and kidney discomfort (this is how I felt when I took diuretics) and at night an episode with tachycardia.

Polpril can cause slight dehydration, but in its case this effect is much rarer than with diuretics. Caution is advised when using it in patients with impaired renal function and to compensate for dehydration before the start of therapy. When using the drug, it is necessary to take special care of the correct amount of fluids taken during the day. The actions you describe may also be the result of Polpril's interaction with the drugs used so far, so I recommend informing your doctor about them.
