Any modifications in the treatment of hypertension should be made after consultation with the attending physician familiar with your current state of health and pressure values. It should be emphasized that the body's reaction to certain drugs is an individual feature. It cannot be ruled out that you have experienced rare side effects, or that it may have been an anxiety disorder, after the new drug was included in the therapy. It is difficult to specifically recognize what happened on the basis of such a short description. I suggest continuing the treatment with an active observation attitude, and in case of doubt whether the ailment has recurred, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. It is the doctor who decides on the possible treatment of the patient m.in based on the history of the disease and the current response to treatment. Only a doctor can decide on a possible change in pharmacotherapy. I also encourage you to read the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow
