Doreta 37.5 mg + 325 mg is a prescription drug, so you should use it as directed by the doctor who prescribed it to you. In general, the lowest effective dose of the drug should be used - the recommended starting dose is two tablets per day (you can take 2 tablets at a time). If necessary, additional doses may be used, not exceeding a total of 8 tablets per day. Intervals of 6 hours should be maintained between subsequent doses of the drug.
