Should I change magnesium oxide to citrate?

Good morning. If I have been supplementing my body with magnesium oxide for 12 days, is it not advisable to change it to magnesium citrate? Best regards

It is true that the form of magnesium citrate has a much better bioavailability than magnesium oxide. Therefore, if you have such a possibility - you can change the preparation to the one with better absorption and bioavailability.
