Concomitant use of testosterone together with methotrexate may increase the risk of hepatotoxicity. Symptoms of liver damage may include, m.in, fever, chills, skin rash, itching, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dark urine, yellowing of the skin or eyes. Tell your doctor immediately if you notice the above. Both preparations are prescription drugs, you should always inform your doctor about all the preparations used.
