To @Jacek: Yes, you can take Sirdalud, but I suggest you keep a few hours apart (2-3 hours) after taking Doreta. If you notice any disturbing symptoms, contact your doctor immediately.
I took 1 tablet doreta75mg and the doctor prescribed me sirdalud if I can take

No, you should not take Sirdalud with Doreta tablets. Simultaneous use of these preparations may lead to serious side effects due to the severity of the depressive effect on the central nervous system. This can result in respiratory disorders, coma and even death. Both medicines are prescription for use as directed by your doctor.
