Yes, in fact, a significant proportion of women using birth control pills also decide to give up the condom.
I understand, so having a contraceptive implant you can give up the condom additionally? Of course, I understand that no contraception is 100%.

According to the Pearl Index (the number of unplanned pregnancies when using a given method of contraception per year by one hundred women), the implant is more effective. What's more, when using the implant, the probability of making a mistake by the patient (e.g. skipping a tablet) is excluded. The Pearl Index for Vibin tablets is 0.09, and after taking into account the errors of patients, 0.57. The Pearl index for Implanon NXT is 0.00. As the manufacturer writes in the SmPC: "However, it should be realized that in practice no method can be considered 100% effective. The high effectiveness of contraception depends, among other things, on the fact that, unlike oral contraceptives, it is not based on regular taking of pills."
