Is it possible to take Izotek at 10.30 and 19.00?
Hi daughter takes an antibiotic isotek or can take it eg at 10.30 and 19.00 because then she eats. Does it have to be equally every 12 hours like other antibiotics

You can take Izotek at 10:30 and 19.00, the drug will retain its effectiveness, there is no need to take it every 12 hours because Izotek is not an antibiotic.
