According to current medical knowledge, no significant interactions have been shown between the listed drugs and cuddly, wormwood herb and dandelion flower and elderberry syrup. It is worth noting that the syrup from the heart flower increases the excretion of sodium and potassium and has a devirtic diuretic effect. Elderberry flowers have a diaphoretic and diuretic effect. The above actions may cause electrolyte disturbances. Magne -b6 can be used with the listed preparations. The drug Kaldyum and Spironol, are the drugs prescribed by the doctor, you should adhere to the dosage that the specialist has determined. One of the significant side effects of spironol is hyperkalemia. The occurrence of elevated potassium levels during treatment depends on the individual condition of the patient and on the m.in use of other drugs. Telmisartan (the active substance in Micardis) may also raise potassium levels. Drugs prescribed by a doctor should not be discontinued on their own, and every specialist should be informed about all drugs, dietary supplements and herbs used. To sum up, during the treatment with these preparations there is a risk of electrolyte disturbances. Control of potassium and sodium concentration is an indication, and on its basis a decision should be made to continue using or discontinuing treatment with preparations affecting electrolyte management.
