Does blister damage affect the effectiveness of birth control pills?

Hello. Does such minimal damage to the blister of 20 active tablet "Slinda" affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception ? I store birth control pills at the right temperature and conditions, away from moisture and sunlight. Should I take a tablet from a spare blister. Should I protect myself for 7 days? I do not know when this minimal opening of the blister was created. This month I have already taken 3 additional contraceptive pills and I do not know whether to take another one from a spare blister.

For @Gabriela: The effectiveness of the tablet will not be reduced - one day of storage in a violated blister will not affect its properties.

After 12 hours, it no longer makes sense to take an additional tablet. Either way, if you have doubts about the effectiveness of the pill you have taken, I would recommend using an additional method of contraception for the next 7 days.

And if I did not take this Wednesday tablet from the spare blister yesterday, can I still take it today and use additional protection if more than 12 hours have passed?

If you think that the blister was damaged shortly before taking the tablet, then its properties should be preserved.

The tablet was whole, not damaged. It did not change the appearance or taste. It was probably minimally open for 24 hours. The blister window was not completely open. If you do not take the tablet from the spare blister, should you use additional protection for 7 days?

If the window with the tablet was open and you do not know how long, it is better to take the tablet from a spare blister. Too long exposure of the tablet to air and moisture can affect its effectiveness.
