How do I take my next dose of Duphaston?

Hello, I got this drug on the last visit to regulate the cycle. I started counting down from the 1st day of menstruation (21 days), for the next 7 days I took the drug 2x1. My next menstruation fell out on the 3rd day after I finished taking the drug. Should I take the next dose counting down from the end of the 7th day of the tablet (21 days and again 7), or count from the menstruation that fell out after 3 days from the end of the 7-day treatment?
