Yes, Abasaglar is a replacement for Lantus insulin. Both contain the same dose of insulin glargine and are available at a concentration of 100 U.m/ml in 3 ml cartridges. There are also ready-made pens with insulin glargine on the market under the name Lantus Solostar. I attach leaflets for both insulins: Abasaglar: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87971/abasaglar-iniekcja/ulotka Lantus: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/42414/lantus-iniekcja/ulotka I also include links to articles that may be of interest: What are drug substitutes: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czym-sa-zamienniki-lekow Insulin: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/insulina-w-cukrzycy-rodzaje-dzialanie-sposoby-podawania
