According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, the use of Sulpiride together with antiarrhythmic medicinal products (class Ia such as quinidine, disopyramide, and class III such as amiodarone, sotalol) should be avoided. Bisocard is a drug from the group of beta-blockers that causes a decrease in the frequency of heart rhythm and the strength of its contraction and a decrease in blood pressure. There are some interactions between the drugs included in the question. Due to their nature and severity, however, in general, these interactions are not a contraindication to the simultaneous use of these drugs. These drugs should be used very carefully under strict medical supervision. Simultaneous use of Sulpiride with Bisocard intensifies the hypotensive effect (pressure drop). This can be manifested by dizziness, scotomas in front of the eyes, arrhythmias, accelerated heart rate, cold hands and feet, fainting (especially when standing longer). Therefore, if you observe this type of side effects, you should inform your doctor, who will decide on this basis about further proceedings. In the future, I encourage you to inform the attending physician about all the medicines and dietary supplements used, which will allow you to choose a safe and effective pharmacotherapy.
